Visited early afternoon on a week day, not busy until 1pm. Facility was air conditioned and clean. There was no wireless connection available for the business. There is a special running that is half priced 6am to 6pm mon-fri. Makes it a reasonable price. Their dryers don't seem to be very high powered, takes about 30 minutes to dry a 20lb load of laundry. Good value overall.
We have been doing our laundry here for nearly 5 seasons. The washer and dryers for the most part are good and dependable. Our issue was with the coin changer. Any money lost would be replaced in 48 hrs. It has been 3 months and still have not received a refund of 20.00. Aye R the janitor there bless his heart was there when it happened and put out of service on the machine. Said they were having a lot of problems with it at that time. The number posted on the machine has nice people that work on the other end that lie through their teeth. We have called them several times now and the profusely apologize and take your name and address then do nothing until the next time you call and say it was inadvertently lost. Maybe they will not lie to the state attorney general?
Staff was not friendly but facilities are very clean. Machines work well.
